A cacao ceremony includes guided meditation, sound healing through channeled song and sound bowls, and energetic medicine. WHAT IS ENERGY HEALING?
We are all made of energy. Every action that we take or thing that we say helps create our energetic vibration. The experiences that we have throughout our lives shape and mold this energy into a specific vibration. Joyful experiences lift our vibration, our energy, while traumatic experiences might create kinks or blocks in our energy that stop our natural flow of energy and create pain- physical or emotional. Energy healing is like a massage for your energetic body. Like massage, some sessions are light and relaxing while others dig into the tight energy and help release it. Sometimes it can feel like an awakening with deep realization, clarity, and emotional experience. Practices like shamanic energy healing and Reiki find the source of any blockages and work through any kinks of blocks to smooth out your energetic flow once again. This flow creates a state within your body that allows for balance and harmony.
During an energy healing, some people find themselves deeply relaxed, and might even fall asleep. Others might experience the sensations of energy shifting in their body in the form of tingling, hot or cold, emotional releases, laughter, tears, visuals like colors or images, or other sensations.
All sessions are approached with the intention of the highest good of each person, allowing any changes, shifts, or healings to take their natural course. It’s always my intention to meet each person where they are with love and respect.
HEALING APPROACH
The Earth Song approach is gentle yet transformative, with an emphasis on personal empowerment and reconnection to the body. Each session is approached knowing that I am simply holding space with love and helping build an energetic and physical toolkit that creates resilience, embodiment, and empowerment for now and the future.
I understand that in order to exist in high vibration, a journey through darkness is required. I understand that the lifelong cyclical process through struggle is part of what it means to be human and it does not doom us- we find tools, community, and our own empowerment to help us move through these seasons and evolve as a soul. I hold the two- light and dark in balance in the vibration of love. I also recognize that not everyone has the same access or ease of access to these tools and communities to move through these cycles.
I approach all sessions, group ceremonies, and workshops with the intention of holding the energy of the highest good for all. With all sessions, I create a safe, grounded, and focused container that amplifies the intentions of those within it and holds the vibration of love for participants, the physical space, and any beings who choose to come through.

I recognize that many of the healing practices that are embedded in Earth Song Healing and Arts are ancient medicines and wisdoms from cultures and knowledge systems other than my own. I hold these cultures and wisdoms in the highest honor, esteem, and gratitude and commit to respecting all spoken, physical, or energetic boundaries around ceremonial tools, objects, practices, energetic practices, or other methods of holistic healing. I honor all those who have come before me and the medicine each person holds.
